Train services to Kelantan back on track (as of Friday, 27 November 2009)

KUALA KRAI: Train services to the east coast, which have been badly affected by the soil erosion in Bukit Abu due to floods in Kelantan last Sunday, are now back on track.

Kuala Krai KTM Bhd eastern territory manager Che Ibrahim Sulaiman said the inter-city train services had resumed operations as normal.

"With the reduction in water level and the repair works almost completed, the local and express train services will resume according to time-table," he said.

Train services from Tumpat in Kelantan to both Kuala Lumpur and Singapore had been disrupted since Nov 22. - Bernama
